Tournament Fishing in St Lucia Package

You will meet the captains and crew for both boats, and be welcomed on board for the evening. Early the next morning the fishing boat will head up into the North East, fishing areas such as the Grand Sec, Goose Neck and the Atlantic Ocean. All very good areas for Bill Fish and other pelagic species. We can try jigging along banks, and bottom fishing over reefs on our way to Marigot Bay.

At the same point, Lady Anne will make its way towards Marigot Bay, stopping off at historic Pigeon Island for those who want to go ashore to explore and have a swim.

Both boats will meet up in Marigot Bay that evening, where our crew can make dinner onboard or at one of the many restaurants in the bay.

Fishing can begin bright and early, and the boats can work the 3000ft and 6000ft ledge along with the F.A.D.S. that the local fisheries department puts down. These are usually very productive with Bluer Marlin and Tuna; jigging around them can do well with Mackeral.

The Lady Anne will depart Marigot Bay and head Southward, stopping at the secluded beach of Anse Cochon for swimming and lunch. There are beautiful reefs in this bay which is also a marine reserve.

Once the fishing boat returns, it’s then a relaxing evening where you can either have dinner onboard (BBQ some of that fresh catch) or head up to the hotel restaurant in the bay, which has fantastic food.

Again, the fishermen head out into the West, fishing along the ledges and working their way into St. Vincent Chanel and the Atlantic Ocean in search of big game and Wahoo and Dorado. This area is usually very productive, and starting from Anse Cochon Bay, we can work the good spots.

The Lady Anne will once again head Southward, passing quaint fishing villages and fantastic scenery; there is the option to stop off in the town of Soufriere, where you can go ashore to visit the sights such as the volcano and waterfalls and also have lunch ashore.

She will then pick up a mooring at the base of the Piton Mountains in Sugar Beach, one of the most beautiful locations on this planet. There is abundant tropical marine life to view at the marine park.

Both boats will meet up in the evening to enjoy the cool tropical breeze and breathtaking scenery.

Waking up to the towering Piton Mountains on each side of you will be something you will never forget.

This time the anglers would head South to some fishing grounds off the South Esat coast of St. Lucia. This area is some of the most productive fishing grounds, with F.A.D.S., drop-offs, mounds, and shallow reefs, it gives us a chance to try several different types of fishing, and hopefully fill up the freezer! Very seldom do we leave fishing in these areas without a big smile on our faces.

Lady Anne will make her way down to a beach just below the lighthouse, which is calm and peaceful, a perfect way to wind down after a day’s fishing.

The international airport is 10 minutes drive from the port, and with most flights departing in the afternoon, you can decide to do half a day more fishing, stay on board and relax, swimming and snorkeling, or go ashore and explore the Southern part of our Island, the choice is yours.
